Problem
The cultural perception that buses are, frankly, unpleasant — also known as “bus stigma.” TV shows, movies, and other media commonly portray characters who ride the bus as often down on their luck.
Insight
People think that traveling is all about the destination. Whether you’re piling onto a crowded vehicle or lost on the highway, getting there isn’t normally the fun part.
Idea
Megabus strips down travel to be as simple and hassle-free as it should be so that the getaway starts with the getting there.
